Curvy Trainer products are backed by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and no hassle returns for unused items in their original packaging and condition within 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We ask you to please try the Shapewear, Waist Trainer or Bodysuit over panties or undergarments.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For hygienic reasons we do not accept worn items which cannot be refunded or exchanged.

What are the requirement to pass the quality inspection?

All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging, NO exceptions. Every exchange is subject to a detailed quality inspection by Curvy Trainer personnel before approval. Please inspect the item prior to wearing it and previous to returning the product for ensuring it meets the following requirements:

  • Never worn
  • Not used
  • No stains
  • Never washed
  • Original tag is still on the product
  • No smells on the fabric
  • No human, pet or animal hair
  • No wrinkles or stretch marks visible on the latex or fabric
  • Must be in original package
  • Original condition and returned within 30 days from purchase date on invoice

Once item is inspected and approved a refund will be issued using the same form of payment in less than 30 days after item is returned to Curvy Trainer.

Keep in mind that all computer monitors are not the same. For that reason the actual color of the product maybe slightly lighter or darker than the color you see on your display monitor. This is not a deterrent to purchase Curvytrainer or a reason to return your purchased waist trainer; after all, you are selecting the best quality in the market. 

What happens if Curvy Trainer determines the item is not suitable for a refund or exchange?

If the returned or exchanged item does not meet our quality inspection policy, we will respectfully decline and it will not be accepted. The item will be sent back to the customer.

All items must meet the return and exchange requirements listed above. Shapewear, Waist Trainers and Bodysuits must all be tried over cloth for hygiene and safety reasons. Curvy Trainer will refuse returns when it is clear and obvious the items does not meet these conditions. Defective items {not worn} be returned within 30 days from original date of purchase.

Are there items that can't be returned or exchanged?

All items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. If a specific product or bundle is excluded from our returns and exchange policy it will be identified on the product detail page.

Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards. All Gift card sales are final.

How are Product Bundles handled for returns and exchanges?

Product Bundles are special offers done by Curvy Trainer and are subject to change at any time without prior notice and they are not valid in combination with any other offer or a promotion discount code.

You may return or exchange a single item back but it must meet our returns and exchange requirements and policy. All returns and exchanges will go through a stringent quality check and closely inspected by our fulfillment representatives.

If exchanging an item due to the size, please request a shipping label within 30 days of your initial date of purchase for a refund or exchange. NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) return shipping label per exchange order of original purchase. To return one or other items in your bundle please see the instructions provided below for return instructions.

If only one (1) item from the bundle returned the other item you have kept will be reverted and charged at the full original price (before bundle pricing) and adjusted from the total refund to reflect the full original listed price.


How do I do Return/Exchange an item?

The shipping label request must be within 30 days of original date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange of the purchased items. There is a limit of one (1) return shipping label per exchange order from the original purchase.

We understand you may have picked the wrong size or color, please Click here to download the Return and Exchange form to get your free standard shipping label.

How can I get a refund?

If you would like to return the merchandise and get a refund, Click here to request a shipping label for your return. NOTE: A return shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from the amount of money returned based on the original purchase price.

How does the return/exchange process work once I send my package?

  1. The USPS standard shipping processing time is 5-10 business days. If you decide to choose your own carrier they will be able to provide the expected shipment timeframe. 
  2. Once the package is received, it will be processed and booked into our system. Typical processing time is 2-3 days. 
  3. The Returns and Exchanges Department will conduct the quality inspection and processing of the item within 5 business days of the item been booked in the system. 
  4. Once the items are inspected and approved, the Finance department will process the credit in 5-10 business days.
  5. Exchanges that are approved are forwarded to the Shipping department to process the exchange within 5-7 business days. You are limited to 1 (one) exchange per order, no additional requests will be granted. No exceptions.
    1. The shipment confirmation will be delivered by email to notify of the package shipment.
    2. Expected shipment timeframe for USPS standard mail is 4-7 business days.

Can I return merchandise without a pre-paid shipping label by Curvy Trainer?

Customers are welcomed to ship returns themselves, we suggest you add a tracking number and insure the package. It is important you keep the original paperwork in the event the package is lost to make a claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping charge is non-refundable. Please mail return items to:

All items sold by Curvy Trainer are backed by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and have a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. If your order has this condition, we will replace the item for you.  The product cannot be worn to qualify for returns.
